Suzuki to pitch Kizashi sedan in regional Super Bowl ads

American Suzuki Motor Corp. will air a commercial for its Kizashi sport sedan during the Super Bowl next month, joining the crowded field of automotive brands hoping to capitalize on the year's biggest TV event.

It will be the Japanese automaker's first advertising appearance during a Super Bowl broadcast.

The 30-second Super Bowl spot is called “Wicked Weather” and will air in 19 markets concentrated in the eastern United States and seaboard, and in the Southeast.

The spot shows a driver evading a pack of menacing, snowball-wielding snowmen with the help of the Kizashi's optional all-wheel-drive system.

Suzuki aims to get the Kizashi and its optional AWD system in front of consumers that drive on snowy, icy roads during winter.

Suzuki will join a host of automotive brands with ads planned for the Super Bowl, including Hyundai, Kia, Chevrolet, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz.

Before the “Kizashi Kicks” marketing campaign that began this month, Suzuki had a scant national advertising presence in 2010 as U.S. sales fell 38 percent from 2009.

Kizashi volume totaled 6,138 in 2010 in its first full year on sale.

p0720 code a put and output speed sensor on the car

what is the most likely cause for a p0720 code a put and output speed sensor on the car is a 2001 Suzuki SUV with a 4l30e the transmissions 1-2 shift is a late one shifts to second very late all other shifts seem good

That is an output speed sensor problem. You need to have your output speed sensor replaced. This will cause the transmission to shift erratically due to it not knowing the correct speed of the vehicle. This is a pretty common problem with several vehicles.

2004 Suzuki Forenza and recently I have heard a knocking sound

QUESTION: I have a 2004 Suzuki Forenza and recently I have heard a knocking sound that increases as i accelerate, do I have a rod knock or could it hopefully be something else? ANSWER: What you have described is a classic description of a rod knocking. The engine is done. Its time to replace or rebuild it. If you choose to have it replaced, I recommend Jasper Engines as they come with a 3 yr/100,000 mile parts and LABOR nationwide warranty. This means if there is a problem you pay nothing. If you have a junk yard engine out in and there is a problem, you will have to pay the labor again.

Need some help on picking out a rice rocket?

2006 Suzuki Katana 600
QUESTION: Need some help on picking out a rice rocket? OK, so I've been riding a street legal dirt bike for about 5 years now, its a 200cc. I feel that I am ready to take a step up to a new bike that will go a bit faster than 50mph. (my bike only goes about 50 tops) and am interested in getting a 400cc rice rocket as I cannot see myself on a "cruiser" type bike. So I was wondering if someone has any suggestions on a good bike for me. Preferably one that I can be a bit more upright on and not so crouched down over the gas tank.. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, I just want it to get me from point A to point B. ANSWER: I recommend a Suzuki Katana. They allow you to set upright more than the others and are generally less expensive. Any Katana will go faster than 100mph. I would get a 600 though. It is a good idea to be afraid of the bike you ride, this keeps you in check. If you think you have mastered it, then you are looking for trouble....

2003 suzuki xl7, O2senser problem, service engine soon

Question: I have a 2003 Suzuki xl7, O2senser problem, service engine soon light came on, it read #1, o2sensor circuit, no activity, bank 1 sensor 1 po#134 mod$0i #2 po134 o2 sensor no activity, bank 1 sensor 1, able to clear, but it comes back on in about 30 to 40 miles Answer: Not much diagnosing can be done without having a scan tool that can read the data from the oxygen sensor but, the oxygen sensor is more than likely not responding to the oxygen content in the exhaust and the only repair is to replace it but first make sure all fuses and the oxygen sensor relay is good, you can just swap the relay with another on, also unplug the sensor and make sure you have 12v and ground going to it, if so replace the sensor. the number 1 oxygen sensor is the one before the catalytic converter.
