1993 Ford Explorer that will not start all

Question:
I have a 1993 Ford Explorer that will not start all it does is make a clicking noise can you help me with what to check?
Answer:
If it makes several clicks (click, click, click , etc) when you try to start it. You need to replace the battery. Even if your head lights work and your radio works. This is because the starter requires a greater amount of amperage than the battery has where as the radio and lights do not require as much. If you only get one hard click, then you need to replace the starter.

I have found the Social Spark website easy to navigate with plenty of opportunities available for an eager blogger where some other sites don't. One thing that i don't like about the opportunities is that you can choose to wait for an opportunity, some bloggers like this feature, and it gives you false hope...and once you are given the opportunity you will have difficulty reaching the landing page for the opportunity. As this is a New Site I understand there are still some things that can be improved upon, but for now just stick to accepting the open opportunities and you are sure to bring in the dough!! Voyager Van won't start

Question:
My 1994 Plymouth Voyager Van won't start. The lights will come on, but the engine won't turn over at all. The starter was replaced, and battery cables checked. Still nothing. No sign of a problem before this happened.
Answer:
Try jump starting the van. Lights use 12 volts to turn on. The starter requires amperage to work. The battery can have 12 volts and no amps, when this happens the starter will not work. If jumping starts the van then you will likely need a battery.

code 401 and 402 egr flow insufficient

Question:
I have a 1996 Ford ranger 4.0 and the check engine light is on. The codes are 401 and 402 egr flow insufficient and excessive, is this a bad egr valve or something else ?
Answer:
You will need to replace the egr valve, the egr regulator and the Sensor. Order all three from a Ford Dealer, replace all three ( make sure the lines are clean ) and you will no longer have this problem. This is what we do at my shop and seems to work each time. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to replace them. Buy the parts before starting the project. The vehicle can be driven without worry of damage to the engine.

Asbestos Brake Pads

In years past automotive brake pads were made with Asbestos. This material, Asbestos, worked very well. The Asbestos material made little no no noise at all and had no wear affect on the brake rotors. Brake pads made today are not made with Asbestos. The EPA or Governmental regulations no longer allow it. "Asbestos is made up of microscopic bundles of fibers that may become airborne when asbestos- containing materials are damaged or disturbed." ( source: http://www.epa.gov/asbestos/ ) EPA maintains a listing of the laws and regulations applicable to asbestos. There are still some brake pads out there that contain Asbestos but it is a smaller amount as compared to the pads of the past.
Brake pads made today are not as giving as the Asbestos brake pads were. The pads of today cause noise when used on old style rotors and so the rotor manufacturers make the rotors out of a different material. This reduces noise, but at a cost. The rotors also wear along with the pads. This means you are looking at replacing the rotors virtually every time you do a brake job as the rotors generally are worn past safety specifications provided by the manufacturer.

grand am has to warm up before it can move

Question:
My 1994 Pontiac grand am 3.1 has to warm up before it can move in any forward or reverse gear and I already tried changing fluid and filter.
Answer:
First make sure your transmission fluid is full with the engine running and the car in park on flat level surface. If the fluid is not full, fill it , drive it and check it again.
If the fluid is full and burnt looking (should be bright reddish/pink) then you are looking at need a rebuild or replacement.
If the fluid is full and was not burnt looking before you changed it, you will need to have the shift solenoids replaced.

A New Earth

A New Earth meets The Secret The Sedona Method shows you how to practice the Law of Attraction while Still Letting Go of Ego. The Sedona Method is a tool that shows you how to master the law of attraction while still letting go of ego as prescribed by A New Earth and how The Sedona Method is at the leading edge of the peaceful revolution in consciousness that is sweeping the planet. The Sedona Method is a self help technique developed by the late engineer/physicist/businessman Lester Levenson after a serious heart attack nearly ended his life. Lester regained his health and attributed his renewed positive outlook to a process of self inquiry of one's beliefs and related emotions. The process is designed to examine any emotion that one is experiencing and then "let it go" or release it in the moment. The basic premise is that all emotions naturally come and go out of experience unless one resists them. The idea is supported in the writings of Carl Jung who noted, "What we resist persists." Some doctors have stated that heart ages separate from the rest of the body. And one thing that causes the heart to age faster is stress or the lack of being at ease with your self. Stress can add up to 5 years of age to your heart. The Sedona Method might just be the trick you are looking for if you are interested in having a heart that is just as young as the rest of your body. the timming belt on a 1994 honda

Question:
I'm changing the timing belt on a 1994 Honda accord dx How do i get the lower pulley off?
Answer:
There is one of two ways to get the pulley off. If you have a compressor and a 1/2 inch impact sometimes it will come off. If not there is a Honda tool that fits inside the hex opening in the pulley. Once this is in the pulley your 19mm socket fits through the center. You can attach a handle to the tool and brace the pulley while you brake the bolt loose.
