ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS WITH A 200O CHEVY SILVERADO 1500

Question:
HAVE COUPLE SMALL ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS WITH A 200O CHEVY SILVERADO 1500, #1 HORN FUSE BLOWS AFTER A SHORT TIME AFTER BEING REPLACED, HORN WILL WORK FOR A FEW DAYS THEN FUSE BLOWS, DOESN''T SEEM TO BE A DEAD SHORT. #2 WHEN GETTING IN THE TRUCK INTERIOR LIGHTS WILL NOT WORK, IF I HIT THE MAP LIGHT BOTTON THE CARO LAMP ON LIGHT LIGHTS, AFTER A SHORT WHILE THE LIGHTS START WORKING NORMAL AGIAN.
Already Tried: replaced fuse and relay
Answer:
Sounds like some typical GM issues. More than likely you will need to have the BCM ( body control module ) replaced. This is a common problem. This will need to be done at a dealer as they need to flash the computer after it is installed.
