deposit checks electronically with a scanner and an ordinary PC
DepositNow are the makers of a new technology that lets you make bank deposits online. You can do this using an ordinary computer: Just pass a check or money order through a scanner, and transmit it to the bank electronically, with out even leaving your home or office.
The main benefit: You do not need to go to the bank to make a deposit. We think this would be particularly appealing to on line businesses and eBay Power Sellers, although any business that handles checks can use it.
This technology can be used with any bank account in the U.S. -- you do not need to change banks or open a new account.
So what's the catch? Hardly anyone knows this technology exists (It's only been possible since 2004) this is why we are letting you know about the promotional offer to try and save you some money and spread the word to those out there that might need this service or just want to save a bit of gas money. With gas prices over $4.00 a gallon, every little bit helps.
A lot of people are turned off because check scanners often cost several hundred dollars, and can't read anything except checks. So we developed our own scanner for half the price ($225) that also works as a regular scanner. Unfortunately, this technology does NOT work with banks outside the United States, so we are only trying to promote this in blogs with an American audience. We apologize to anyone who was turned away earlier for that reason.
Now Here is the deal. Sign up and enter this blogs name as the promo code and receive $25.00 off the price of the scanner. They do not list the price on their site, because it can depend on the number of checks per month that someone scans or the number of stores they operate. Some times, it can get confusing. But we will tell you that it usually costs less than a regular cable subscription.
