Alaska Lemon Law Information

The Alaska Lemon Law applies when, during the first year following delivery of the new vehicle: 1)the dealer has attempted to repair the same problem three or more times, or 2)the vehicle has been out of service due to repair attempts by the dealer for a total of 30 or more business days. The defect or problem must substantially impair the use or the market value of the vehicle, & must not be the result of alteration, abuse or neglect.
